Danielle’s interest in technology developed late in her college career, after completing an IT internship with another company. Although it was too late to change her major, she was able to take some classes and further develop her passion for IT. Attracted to GE by its Leadership Development Programs, Danielle started an internship with GE in college and returned after graduation to the Information Technology Leadership Program (www.ge.com/itlp). She hopes to use the knowledge and experiences she has gained through the IT Leadership Program to continue to learn and grow within GE.
